MyListings AI ("we", "us") generates client-ready PDF property reports from listing links or pasted listing text. This page explains what we collect and how it's used.
What we collect
- Listing data you paste or that we fetch from a link you provide (address, price, photos, description) — used only to build your PDF.
- Account info, if you sign up: your email (via Google or Apple sign-in) and any branding details you add (name, phone, logo, brokerage, social links).
- Billing info, if you upgrade to Pro — handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and message, if you write to us.
How we use it
To generate your PDF reports, run your account and billing, and respond if you contact us. Listing text you paste is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for extraction into structured fields — it is not used to train any model.
Who we share it with
Service providers only, to run the product: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (listing extraction), and Vercel (hosting). We don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can use the free tier with no account at all. If you have an account, you can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
