The service
MyListings AI turns a listing link or pasted listing text into a branded PDF report. The free tier is capped at a limited number of properties per report and reports per account; Pro removes those caps and adds custom branding.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of any listing details you edit or submit, and for how you use the PDFs you generate. Don't use the service to scrape or resell listing data at scale, or to attempt to bypass another site's bot protection.
Billing
Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No warranty
Listing data is extracted automatically and may contain errors — always review a PDF before sending it to a client. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
